Yoga Teacher

Kathryn’s journey with yoga began over 12 years ago through the practice of yin, offering her a restorative path during a time of significant health challenges. What started as support for healing soon became a powerful source of peace, reconnection, and medicine, rebuilding her relationship with her body from the inside out.

With a 15-year background in the community sector supporting youth, women, older people, and people with disabilities, Kathryn brings a trauma-informed and deeply inclusive approach to her teaching.

Her classes are a safe, welcoming space where students are invited to slow down, tune in, and explore their practice with curiosity and compassion.

Kathryn teaches the Foundations class every Wednesday at 9:30am, guiding students to gently unpack postures, connect with breath, and move in a way that supports their unique body.

Her intention is to help each person build a loving and empowered relationship with themselves, on and off the mat.
