Gopali Doyle
Senior Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Counsellor
Gopali is an earthy, warm, and inspiring teacher who touches the hearts of all who practice with her. A long-time Murwillumbah local, she has been teaching yoga for over 14 years and is the owner of Free Flow, where she is passionate about cultivating community, connection, and offering a safe space for people to heal, unravel, and gather inner strength and peace.
Her teaching is rooted in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, deeply influenced by her love of music and dance, which infuse her classes with fluidity and expression. She is also passionate about embodied movement and its profound capacity to heal, creating a sense of safety and permission for students to let go, rest deeply, and express their inner world through movement.
Alongside her yoga teaching, Gopali holds a degree in counselling and a strong interest in mental health, which has enriched her relationship with yoga and shaped the way she teaches. Her classes focus on supporting the nervous system, cultivating inner space and gentleness, and nurturing students on every level of being.
A dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner, Gopali studied formally with Dr. Roopa Rao, completing her Advanced Diploma of Ayurveda with the AIHFE, where she was honoured with the award for Most Outstanding Performance. She has been sharing Ayurvedic treatments and wisdom in the Northern Rivers for the past six years and weaves this ancient knowledge throughout her classes and offerings.
Inspired by her studies with Shiva Rea and her lifelong love of movement, Gopali’s teaching reflects her devotion to the healing arts. She creates spaces that are nourishing, grounding, and deeply connective — inviting students to return to themselves, embody their humanness, and rediscover the sacred dance of being alive.

Wellbeing With Gopali
Ayurvedic and Counselling Services
The thing I love most about Ayurveda is that is incorporates all aspects of life, not just the basics of maintaining your physical health, but it also covers the metaphysical and emotional aspects of being human. It is the Science of life, it shows us how to live the best possible life and how to grow through adversity and embrace challenge and change.
Being very passionate about womens’ health, particularly emotional health delving into Ayurvedic philosophy and psychology has allowed me the most profound insights into the connection between our physical and emotional health and how we can reach a more balanced state in our lives.
