With a soothing and supportive approach, Crystal’s classes invite students to slow down and connect with their breath, body, and innermost being. She understands the power of taking time to pause, allowing space for self-reflection and self-care.

Crystal is also a Zen Thai Shiatsu therapist, a therapeutic bodywork practice that shares the same principles of connection, listening, and presence. This deeply informs her yoga teaching, as she weaves in an understanding of energy, flow, and the body’s natural wisdom into each class.
