Britney’s yoga journey began in her teens and became a source of transformation in countless beautiful ways. Through her practice, she discovered the grounding power of meditation and breathwork—tools that supported her in navigating stress and anxiety, and that continue to bring her peace, calm, and the freedom of simply “just being”.

Now a passionate yoga teacher, Britney specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and loves creating flowing practices that engage the body, mind, and soul. Her classes emphasize the intimate connection between breath and movement, offering a holistic experience that nurtures every layer of being:
