Amy King
Yoga Teacher
Amy has been devoted to the path of yoga since her teenage years, when she first discovered the heart-opening practice of bhakti yoga and the stillness of meditation. Guided by a deep yearning for spiritual evolution, she has spent her life exploring the many layers of what it means to live in truth, presence, and connection with the natural world.
Her teaching arises from an authentic, embodied place — raw, real, and alive. Each of Amy’s classes is a poetic journey, an invitation to soften into the body, to listen deeply, to release what feels heavy, and to remember the innate wisdom that lives within. Drawing inspiration from the rhythms and cycles of nature, her offerings weave together movement, stillness, breath, and devotion to create a space of deep transformation and connection to self.
Passionate about women’s empowerment and the medicine of community, Amy regularly facilitates women’s circles and workshops at Free Flow Yoga. Her work celebrates the sacredness of being human — embracing both the light and the shadow — and reminds us that through awareness, intention, and love, we can return to harmony with ourselves and the earth.
