Genevieve’s yoga journey began with the physical practice of asanas, but over time it has grown into something much deeper. What started as a way to move and strengthen the body has become a path of self-discovery, healing, and connection.

She loves sharing this journey with her students — creating classes that are welcoming to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Genevieve brings a focus on mindful movement, safe alignment, and the weaving of yoga philosophy into practice in a way that feels grounded and accessible.

Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced to flow seamlessly from one posture to the next, blending strength and softness. She also incorporates the power of mantra — the vibration of sound as a way to shift energy, open the heart, and deepen presence.
