Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, our classes honour the rhythms of nature and their reflection within us. You’ll find more dynamic practices offered in the mornings to align with the rising energy of Surya (the sun), and gentle, grounding classes in the evenings to help you wind down in harmony with the day’s close. Even the temperature of our space shifts with the seasons — warm in winter, cool in summer — flowing with nature’s cycles to support your body’s innate balance.
