Gwen’s journey with yoga began in childhood, guided by her mother through children’s classes and home practice. Over the years, yoga remained a steady companion, deepening during her pregnancy when she discovered a love for the gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation of prenatal yoga.

Following the birth of her second child, Gwen navigated a series of health challenges and injuries that invited her to slow down and truly listen to her body. This tender chapter strengthened her connection to a softer, more nurturing approach — a practice she now shares wholeheartedly with others.

In Gwen’s classes, students are welcomed into a space of softness and presence. Her teaching invites you to breathe deeply, release tension, and return to yourself, leaving you feeling nourished, grounded, and connected to your body
