This winter, nourish your body, mind and spirit with our Winter Warmer Challenge at Free Flow Yoga
As the cooler months invite us inward, this 21-day challenge is an opportunity to create consistency in your practice, deepen your connection to yoga, and cultivate warmth, strength and inspiration from within.
Participants are invited to nominate how many classes they would like to commit to attending each week for the duration of the challenge. Whether your intention is to build momentum, reconnect with yourself, or simply stay motivated through winter, this challenge is about showing up for yourself with steadiness and heart.
Throughout the 21 days, our teachers will be weaving yoga philosophy into classes in a grounded and relatable way — sharing ancient wisdom that can be practically applied to modern everyday life. Together we will explore the deeper layers of yoga beyond the physical practice, helping students cultivate greater awareness, balance, resilience and connection both on and off the mat.
As part of the challenge, participants will go into the draw to win a free private yoga session, offering the opportunity to take a deeper dive into your personal practice, alignment, technique, goals and individual needs.
This challenge is open to all levels and is designed to support and inspire you wherever you are on your yoga journey.
